God does not differentiate with sin

William Andrews from Exploding Word Ministries explains using as an example the parable Jesus give to Simon the Pharisee when he was invited to eat a meal with him that God does not see sins in the same way which we commonly do. There are no big or small sins with God only a failure to reach the high expectation He has on our lives.

Jairus - and the Woman with an issue of blood

William Andrews of Exploding Word Ministries explodes the cultural background to the story as recorded in Luke 4: 41-56 and identifies the hidden dynamic which is normally missed due to us being so far removed from the historic cultural norms of 2000 years ago. The effect of being ritually unclean for the woman for 12 years, and the impact that her healing would have had on her life and the apparent delay which this caused, resulting in the death of Jairus' 12 years old daughter.

Marriage - God's Overall Plan

William Andrews from Exploding Word Ministries takes an honest look at marriage and explores it's origin from the book of Genesis and shows that marriage, as an institution, was designed by God to reveal his overall plan for humanity and to teach us important skills in developing our personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the future bridegroom of the chosen Christian Church.

The prodigal son identified today

William Andrews of Exploding Word Ministries examines the parable of the prodigal son and explores the social, cultural and traditional dynamics of family life as accepted 2000 year ago and the understanding this has on our teaching and understanding of Jesus's message in our present day and age. The identity of the Father within the parable has never been disputed but there continues to be disagreement as to the identity of both the elder and younger brothers, this is addressed within the provided telecast and the reason for same is explained in detail within the above video message.

Jonah and Jesus a true sign from God

William Andrews from Exploding Word Ministries examines the story of the prophet who run away to sea to escape his responsibilities recorded within the book of Jonah and offers an explanation as to why the prophet chose to disobey his creator. The link between the prophet Jonah and Jesus is also discussed and analysed in detail.

Jesus and Peter Walk on Water

William Andrews from Exploding Word Ministries examines the concept of Faith within the telecast from the concept of Peter's excursion from the relative safety of the fishing boat to walk on stormy seas at the command of Jesus.
